Apposto Deli

Apposto is defined by warmth, texture, and a sense of familiarity. Rustic wood tones establish the foundation of the space, balanced by earthy color, aged finishes, and darker accents that bring depth and contrast.

The layout was shaped around the rhythm of the deli, with a continuous working counter, integrated refrigerated display, pastry presentation, and a dedicated coffee station designed to feel cohesive rather than purely functional. Material choices remain simple and grounded, allowing the food, movement, and character of the space to take focus.

The result is an inviting neighborhood deli and café that feels approachable and quietly rooted in old-world Italian warmth.
